Today was the last class for Fighters4Christ for this season, and it was a privilege to be learning from two outstanding students and leaders of this ministry.  It is not everyday you find the type of leaders that exemplify the type of character and integrity these guys demonstrate.  The leaders, Mike Madsen and Samuel Schmitt of Grace Church took the time out of their busy schedule to take over the ministry’s classes each week in my absence so I could be with my family.
I want to recognize Mike and Samuel for their contributions, leadership, sacrifice, and willingness to come up with training that gave a fun twist to an already intense workout.  Without them, I would not have been able to keep the ministry classes open for the beginning of 2015.  This gave opportunity for new and existing students to keep up with their training and the friendships that followed.  Not only that, but they bring in other styles of martial arts that can only benefit anyone willing to learn.

Mike and Sam were presented with plaques as awards recognizing them for their leadership and instruction.  I look forward to seeing them again in the fall for another awesome year with Fighters4Christ.
